The Eternals are artificially-created superpowered humanoids who are sent by the Celestials to apparently protect human beings from the monstrous creatures known as Deviants. The post-credits scenes in Eternals are not good. Kro begins absorbing the powers of the Eternals that he kills and leads the Deviants against the Eternals. He tells them that if their memories prove that humans are worth saving, he will spare their lives and humanity. Also her orgasming isnt exactly explicit, its not like she says shes doing so. This allows the Eternals to combine their separate amounts of cosmic energy - which give them their endless lifespans - to combine together and give one of them enough power to stop Tiamut from emerging. In the interview, the actor also talked about what it was like playing a god in Eternals. Sexual love is one of those aspects, and so, it was represented.
